The Challenge
Interfilm provided aerial drone filming of the Danish islands Ærø and Birkholm for National Geographic Channel. The drone footage captured the islands' dramatic coastlines, harbours, patchwork farmland, and the intimate scale of Birkholm - one of Denmark's smallest inhabited islands.
The Solution
Pre-Production: Flight planning around marine weather conditions and airspace restrictions over the islands.
Production: Interfilm captured sweeping coastal flyovers, harbour approaches, and overhead shots of the island villages and landscape.
