Interfilm provided aerial drone filming of Amalienborg Palace in central Copenhagen for National Geographic Channel. Capturing the palace's iconic octagonal courtyard and surrounding cityscape from the air required special permits and coordination with royal security.
The Solution
Pre-Production: Securing drone flight permits over Amalienborg - a restricted airspace zone due to its status as a royal residence - in close coordination with the authorities.
Production: Interfilm captured the palace complex from above, revealing the geometric perfection of the courtyard and the palace's relationship to the harbour and Marble Church axis.
